The pandemic has highlighted the importance of mental health and safe community. The Cougars, Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference (MCAC) and Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) participate in Bell Let's Talk initiatives and believe in the importance of starting that conversation.
