AgCall Inc. has an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong customer service and grower relationship skills in select geographies of Canada for a Climate FieldView Activation Specialist. The Climate Corporation is dedicated to creating technologies that transform field data into meaningful insights that help farmers sustainably enhance yield production, improve efficiency and manage their risk.
A Climate FieldView Activation Specialist works directly with growers to activate the Climate FieldView platform efficiently and effectively on farms. This is a work-from-home, part-time, contract-based position that offers a flexible schedule. There may be travel to growers and retails within a designated region as part of the role when it is safe to do so. Keeping our associates healthy is important to us.

Requirements
-Familiar with the Climate FieldView platform
-Enjoys working with growers
-Excited about new technologies and learning new things
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable educating others on a new technology
-Fluent and comfortable with online webinar/conference call platforms
-Ability to travel in a select region of the province with a valid driver's license and working vehicle once it is safe to do so again
-A high level of professionalism
-Ability to work independently and within a team
Responsibilities
-Provide outstanding customer service from initial grower call through the field activation process, including iPad setup and sync to FieldView program with all pieces of equipment on the farm
-Explain the Climate FieldView program and ensure grower's understanding of the technology
-Deliver brand messages
