360° Ag Consulting is a dynamic agronomy company with a great team atmosphere, providing clients with professional, hands on agronomy services in the Parkland region.
We are currently looking for a Summer Agronomy Assistant to join the team out of Roblin/Grandview.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting agronomists in field scouting including weed and insect identification and crop staging
- Recording field operations in a detail oriented manner
- Aid advertising and communication efforts
- Accurate soil testing and associated record keeping
- Helping with yard & office maintenance
Full time employment may also be considered for individuals who have completed their training.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed post-secondary agricultural studies
- Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and organize time in an independent manner
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly adaptable to changing conditions and continuous improvements
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Class 5 license and the ability to operate vehicles and ATV’s in a safe manner
- Passionate about agriculture and customer success
