Front Desk Receptionist

Overview

Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide information and directions to guests as needed.

Answering Phones:

Operate the phone system, answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
Take and relay messages accurately.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to various departments, such as coordinating courier services, and managing appointments.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Manage conference room reservations.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitors and calls.

Technology Proficiency:

Utilize computer systems for tasks such as word processing, email, and maintaining spreadsheets.
Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with different departments within the organization.

Professionalism:

Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
Uphold confidentiality with sensitive information.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the front desk area.
